MROO believes strongly that all retirees should have wills and powers of attorney properly prepared and up to date. Members at many of our annual zone meetings have paid close attention to presentations about wills and powers of attorney. For most of us, these documents are not complicated. However, they save money and avert conflict when we pass away. Moreover, powers of attorney for personal care can help to generate the family discussions that all doctors say we should have had before our health deteriorates.
