On-Line Elections and Nomination Forms

 Elections

 Elections for zones 1, 3, and 5 will take place May 3^rd through May 9^th, 2021, on-line and over the phone. If you are eligible to vote you will receive a letter from our voting partner, Simply Voting. In that envelope will be your individual, single use Personal Identification Number. You’ll need that to vote on-line or, if you choose, by phone.

 All other instructions will be included in that envelope including the website link or the phone number you will need.

Nominations

Would you like to be the Director or Alternate Director for your zone? Do you know a MROO member in your zone who would be perfect for one of these roles? Now is your chance to put a candidate’s name forward!

Please note forms must be received in our offices no later than April 9, 2021, to be eligible. Zone directors become members of MROO’s Board of Directors, responsible for governing your organization. MROO welcomes all interested members to run for open positions. To be eligible, you must have been a MROO member for at least two years and live in the zone you want to represent.

Your form must be signed by the nominee as well as by the nominator. Please scan and return your forms by email to executive-director@mroo.org.
