Canada Post Service Disruption - MROO Retiree Insurance
Due to the Canada Post labour disruption, mail services may experience delays. However, Victor’s operations are not affected.
Throughout the strike, MROO policyholders can conveniently submit claims digitally using the Manulife Mobile App or computer.

Your Upcoming 2026 MROO Retiree Insurance Renewals
Health, Dental & Annual Travel Renewals with Victor
Policyholders who access insurance communications electronically in V+:
MROO policyholders who have an email address on file with Victor will receive email notification on October 1, 2025, to access health, dental and annual travel renewals online at V+, your online account management website.
Annual travel plan policyholders will be able to reselect your trip duration for 2026 on V+. The trip duration re-selection period is November 1 to15 only and you will receive an email notification from V+.
Annual travel plan policyholders who do not wish to change your trip duration for 2026 do not need to take any action at this time and your coverage will remain the same throughout 2026. There will be no change in premium rates for 2026.
Policyholders who requested insurance communications by mail:

Due to the mail strike your annual travel insurance renewals and trip reselection forms will be mailed at the end of the Canada Post strike.

Health and dental renewals will be mailed October 31 unless the strike continues beyond this date.

V+ Online Policyholder Account Management Portal
If you wish to receive your renewal and other insurance information electronically on V+, you will need to contact Victor and provide your email address first: call 1-800-363-7861 or email mroo.ca@victorinsurance.com.
Once Victor has your email address you can create your V+ account.
You will need your Victor client number which you can find on your enrollment confirmation letter or email, tax receipt or renewal document.

Go to your web browser and visit mrooinsurance.ca/vplus.

Scroll down the page and click the button “LOG IN OR SIGN UP”.

Click “I agree” on the security notification.

Scroll down the page and click the button “Request access”.

Click the button “Yes” under “Are you an existing Retiree Benefits client?”.

Fill out all profile information.

Click the button “Submit”. You will now be registered for V+.
How to use the V+

Sign into your account at mrooinsurance.ca/vplus.

The home page will always be the first page you see when you sign in. If your Annual Travel trip duration is up for renewal, you will see a pop-up in orange at the top of the screen. If you do not confirm a change by the November 15th deadline, your trip duration will remain the same for 2026.

There are icons on the home page that can direct you to the My coverage, Plan materials, Claims, Add coverage, and Additional services pages.

At the bottom of every page is our contact information, in case you need help.

You can find your profile and settings in the top right corner. In this section you can change your account information including your address, payment details and beneficiaries.

In the ‘My coverage’ section, you will find your current insurance coverage details, including the Insured name(s), certificate, policy and contract numbers, effective date and monthly premium for all your policies.

In the ‘Plan materials’ section, you will find all your policies, forms, tax receipts and renewal information.

In the ‘Claims’ section, you will find all the information you need to make a claim for any of your insurance policies.

When you click ‘Add coverage’, you will be brought to the V+ quoting portal, where you are able to add additional coverage, you are eligible for.

In the ‘Additional services’ section, you will find coverage options like Individual Travel Insurance and other service offerings.
