Guest SpeakerAs we age, our brain health is critical in maintaining independence, quality of life, and meaningful social connections. But what if aging didn’t have to mean cognitive decline? Recent research explores SuperAging - a phenomenon in which some individuals maintain exceptional memory and cognitive function well into their 80s and beyond.

In this talk, Dr. Angela Roberts will delve into the science of SuperAging:

  • The factors contributing to cognitive resilience and longevity.
  • Lifestyle strategies backed by research that can help promote brain health, reduce dementia risk, and foster lifelong cognitive vitality.
  • Practical, evidence-based strategies for fostering health span.
