This year, Pension Awareness Day will be on Thursday February 19, 2026.
To help raise awareness of the importance of saving for retirement, the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) holds an annual Pension Awareness Day consumer education campaign.
The FSRA campaign will empower pension plan members to:

maximize your contributions, especially if they’re matched by your employer.

understand what your workplace pension benefits are.

know what to ask your employer about your pension or retirement savings options.
