There are a number of resources available to you to monitor and maintain both your physical and mental health – and others to provide support if you need it.

Assistive Devices program: this program from the Ontario government can provide help to pay for assistive device equipment and supplies

Go for it! A guide to choosing and using assistive devices: Health Canada guide covering issues seniors, veterans, individuals with a disability and their caregivers need to consider before starting the process of obtaining assistive devices

Home oxygen: if you qualify for Ontario's Assistive Devices program, you may also get help paying for home oxygen therapy
