Policyholders who access insurance communications electronically in V+

Policyholders with an email address on file with Victor will receive email notifications to view the following communications on V+ online account management website:

  • October 1 - Health, Dental, and Annual Travel Insurance renewals

  • November 1 - Annual Travel Insurance re-selection period from November 1 to 15 to make changes to trip duration and plan type for the upcoming year

  • February 1 - Tax receipts

Policyholders with insurance communications sent by mail

Policyholders without an email address on file will receive mailed communications by:

  • October 1 - Annual Travel Insurance renewals with re-selection from November 1 to 15 only to make changes to trip duration and plan type for the upcoming year.

  • October 31 - Health and Dental Insurance renewals

  • February 1 - Tax receipts

If you wish to receive your renewal, tax documents and other insurance information electronically on V+, contact Victor at 1-800-363-7861 or email mroo.ca@victorinsurance.com and provide your email address first. Once Victor has your email address you can create your V+ account.
