As of June 1, 2023  the co-payment fees for using Maple’s virtual care services have been eliminated. If you are a MROO Health Insurance policyholder, you will no longer need to pay for overnight visits. Maple provides convenient access to a physician anytime, anywhere, 24/7.

A new “family sharing” feature has also been added. Your 18+ family members can now have their own Maple account, while still sharing your same plan coverage (unlimited doctor visits).
